MAS Online Training Cancellation Policy

If Notification is Received 14 Business Days Prior to Start Date of Educational Session:

• Issued credit or refund less cancellation fee ($250.00)
• Credit is good for 6 months from date of cancellation

If Notification is Received Less Than 14 Business Days Prior to Start Date:

• Credit will be issued less cancellation fee ($250.00)
• Credit is good for 6 months from date of cancellation

MAS Training Camp Cancellation Policy

Please notify us in writing 10 business days before the event start date if, for any reason, you should be unable to attend. A full refund less a $100 non-refundable administrative fee will be given. For cancellations received fewer than 10 business days before the event start date no refunds will be given. Your registration may be transferred to another individual at any time, but please notify us in writing. When registering, please indicate whether you qualify for a discount. No discounts can be combined. MAS does not accept responsibility for covering travel, accommodation or any other costs incurred by registrants should this event be cancelled for any reason. The event program content is subject to change without notice. Please make your travel plans accordingly, no exceptions.
